Easily connects to our CS8300TC Modular Contacting Conductivity Sensor Package to form a complete monitoring solution.

EM803-ORP Blind 4-20mA or MODBUS/RS485 ORP Transmitter for S8000 Series

The EM803-ORP is our most cost-effective solution for connecting our S8000 series ORP sensors to a PLC or SCADA system. This small electronic module functions as a blind ORP transmitter with 4-20mA or optional MODBUS/RS485 output. No additional instrumentation is required to condition the sensor signal to be read by your PLC or SCADA. It can also pair Sensorex sensors with any controller with a 4-20mA or RS485 input card. Easily connects to our S8200 Modular ORP Sensor Package to form a complete ORP monitoring solution.

Sensorex TX100 pH/ORP Loop Powered Transmitter, 4-20mA, VDC, 1/4 DINThe TX100 pH/mV transmitter is a loop-powered 4-20mA transmitter with a wide range of useful features and programmable options. Five buffer choices are available in two-point calibration mode. The 4-20mA output is scaleable in pH or mV units and has 500V input to output isolation. Temperature is always displayed and is selectable at °C or °F. All stored parameters and calibration data are retained in the non-volatile memory during transmitter power down or power loss. A useful probe clean reminder icon flashes when it is time to clean the probe. The probe cleaning interval is user programmable from 1 to 250 days. The TX100 can be used for wall mounting, panel mounting, pipe mounting, and DIN-rail mounting. Cable grips for inlet/outlet to box are included as well as all mounting hardware. The case meets NEMA and IP ratings for water resistance.

FLS M9.02 FLOW MONITOR & TRANSMITTER

The new FLS M9.02 is a powerful flow monitor designed to convert the frequency signal of FLS flow sensors into a flow rate. M9.02 is equipped with a wide full graphic display 4” which shows measured values clearly and a lot of other useful information. Moreover, due to a multicolor display plus a powerful backlight, measurement status can be determined easily from afar also. A tutorial software guarantees a mistake-proof and fast set up of every parameters. Calibration can be performed just fixing installation features or using a reference value through a new “in-line calibration”. A 4-20mA output is available to remote flow rate to a external device. A proper combination of digital outputs allows customized setups for any process to be controlled.

FLS M9.06 PH/ORP MONITOR

The new FLS F9.06 is a powerful pH/ORP monitor designed to satisfy a broad range of applications. A 4” wide full graphic display shows measured values and other useful information. Moreover, due to the bright multicolor backlight, measurement status can be determined easily also from a very long distance. A tutorial software guarantees a mistake-proof and fast set up of every parameter. A calibration based on automatic buffer recognition and an in-line adjustment allows a precise and reliable measurement in every condition.

The new FLS M9.07 is a dual monitor and transmitter which combines conductivity and flow measurements.
A 4” wide full graphic display shows measured values and other useful information. Moreover, due to a multicolor display plus a powerful backlight, measurement status can also be easily determined from afar. A tutorial software guarantees a mistake-proof and fast setup of every parameter. Different calibrations can be performed to fit user needs for both measurements. A 4-20mA output dedicated to each measurement grants remote values to an external device. A proper combination of digital outputs allows customized setups for any process to be controlled.
