All OmniLyte Commercial Water Electrolyzers carry the Standard Water Industry Limited Warranty for water treatment, water purification, and bottling equipment for one (1) year after delivery against failures that occur during normal use due to defects in materials and workmanship.

During such a warranty period, OmniLyte shall determine whether to repair or replace the defective part with freight pre-paid when sending but excluding receiving back repaired part. This warranty does not include the cost of labor and travel expense associated with the repair of warranty items. 

For warranty validation, the buyer must:

  1. Install Water softener, and/or if generator feedwater TDS is higher than 300tds, install a Reverse Osmosis (RO) system to minimize the build-up of scale on the electrodes in the water cell.

  2. Clean cell with Omnilyte Descaler 110 or 10% HCI at least every four weeks or as indicated on PLC.

  3. Observe, maintain and monitor ECA Generator feed water confirming that water is soft and/or RO is less than 50tds.

  4. Install a Pressure Regulator to maintain the water pressure at the setting prescribed for the particular model of OmniLyte commercial water Electrolyzer, typically 10-20psi.

  5. Install a 1-micron dedicated Filtration System in the Incoming Feed Water Line to the Electrolyzer. 

  6. Use minimum salt purity of 99.95% NaCl or Kcl.


The warranty specifically excludes worn-out items, damage done in shipping, failures that result from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, improper installation, improper operation or maintenance, modification, improper voltage supply, power line surge, freezing, corrosion, or scaling due to excessive hardness minerals in the feed water.

All express and implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness, are limited to the applicable warranty period.
