SHIPPING AND RETURNS

An original sales receipt must accompany returns, and shipping costs for returns will be covered by the customer.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after product delivery. 

At our sole discretion, after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or credit only.

Items must be in 'new, unaltered and unused condition in original undamaged packaging'.

 

Definition of 'new, unaltered, and unused condition' is:

  1. Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

  2. Within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (after 30 days, no returns are allowed)

  3. It must not be a special custom order item.

 

If an item is received damaged, please contact OmniLyte immediately. 

Items that are defective and shipped from OmniLyte or that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once they are received.
