CG Catholyte Generators

Envirolyte CG series catholyte generators are designed to produce catholyte on site and on demand from NaCL brine with NaOH concentration ranging from 1 G/L up to 16 G/L and pH ~ 11.5-13.5 what makes it an ideal solution for washing operations, bio-stimulation procedures, precipitation of heavy metals and organic matter during water purification or extraction of essential oils.

Production of catholyte as a cheap, efficient and environmentally friendly alternative to presently used chemical detergents has multitude of different applications particularly in CIP, food processing, horticulture, green houses and hospitality businesses. On the top it eliminates all hazards associated with transportation, handling and storage of dangerous chemicals.

During generation of catholyte a small volume, i.e. 0,4% of total flow, of acidic anolyte is produced as a side product for which safety disposal measures should be considered.

The products portfolio of CG type of generators in term of output capacity of catholyte depends on NaOH concentration requirement but generally it is similar to EL or ELA products range.

Installation requirements for CG catholyte generators are similar to those of EL or ELA type of machines.

LAVANDA Series Generators
(Envirolyte Technology)

WHENEVER YOU NEED STRONG CATHOLYTE TO WASH/ DEGREASE AND ANOLYTE TO DISINFECT

These generators have been designed to address multiple applications where customers first need to wash surfaces, equipment, or tools and sanitize or disinfect.

What makes Lavanda generators different from catholyte generators CG series:

-concentration of NaOH in catholyte can vary in the range ~1000 ppm- ~6000 ppm when in CG generators, it is ~800-1000 ppm or in other words, similar to the type of catholyte we have from our standard ELA generators;

-output of anolyte is in neutral pH, and the volume is equal to the output of catholyte, which makes anolyte a valuable second product. While in CG, it is an anolyte with acidic pH, and its output is ~ 0,4% of the catholyte flow rate.
