DDA 7.5-16, 17-7, 30-4, 120-7, 200-4,  

The SMART Digital DDA is a compact positive displacement, diaphragm dosing pump with variable-speed drive (stepper motor) and intelligent control electronics with minimum energy consumption. The SMART Digital Dosing series operates at full stroke length to ensure optimum accuracy, priming and suction, even for high-viscosity or degassing liquids. The duration of each discharge stroke varies according to the capacity set, resulting in optimum smooth and continuous discharge flow. The click-stop mounting plate allows installation in three different positions without using any additional accessories. The control cube can be turned easily into front, left or right position. The click wheel and the multi-coloured backlit graphical, plain-text LC display make commissioning and operation intuitive. The control elements are protected by a transparent cover.

DDE 6-10, 15-4, 200-4

The SMART Digital Dosing series operates at full stroke length to ensure optimum accuracy, priming and suction, even for degassing liquids. The duration of each discharge stroke varies according to the capacity set, resulting in optimum smooth and continuous discharge flow. The click-stop mounting plate allows installation in three different positions without using any additional accessories. The dosing flow can be adjusted by means of an adjustment knob on a logarithmical scale from 0.1-100%.

DDC 6-10, 9-7, 15-4

DDI 60-10, 150-4

The Grundfos DDI range was created because accurate dosing demands precision. These compact units combine perfect precision with a user interface that lets you set the dosing feed rate you want directly on the pump – without spending time on complicated calculations beforehand. Available materials include PVC, PVDF, polypropylene, and 316 stainless steel.

DME 60-10, 150-4, 375-10, 940-4 

Compact positive displacement diaphragm dosing pump, with integrated variable speed motor drive, in an IP 65 plastic enclosure. The pump is designed for optimum user-friendliness, accuracy and reliability,

and is equipped with a logical control panel with one-touch buttons and a multi-language back light display. The capacity to be dosed in each function is set directly in gal,l, or ml per hour.

For enhanced accuracy, the pump can be calibrated to the actual installation by means of a simple calibration function. The turn down ratio is 1 to 800 with the same accuracy and uniform dosage with reduced pulsation throughout the entire capacity range. The pump is also equipped with a maximum capacity function (100%) that allows it to work for a preset time at max capacity to facilitate priming or ordinary maintenance, without modifying the pump's settings.
