We are seeking an Industrial Electrician to build, service, and install Water treatment equipment, and ECA generators located throughout North America. This position works on flexible 8 to 12-hour day shifts, traveling primarily to various customer install sites in the USA and Canada. The Industrial Electrician provides installation, training, troubleshooting, commissioning, and after-sales equipment focused on Electrolyzed Water Generators (ECA), and water treatment equipment. With a strong ability to prioritize, they work as part of a team while still demonstrating independent problem-solving and taking self-initiative. With a strong background in electrical/mechanical instrumentation, they are willing to expand on training in various water treatment technologies.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform water quality testing analytical and measurement equipment such as colorimeters, pH, ORP, and conductivity meters, wet titration, and analytical balances while conducting accurate data collection and analysis
- Receives instructions, drawings, wiring diagrams, and work orders from supervision
- Repairs, installs, dismantles, modifies, replaces, adjusts, tests, cleans, calibrates, troubleshoots, diagnose, and maintains water treatment equipment/apparatus pumps, rectifiers, VFD, PLC, relays, electrodes, electric circuit breakers, pipes, fittings, solenoids, valves, cable, instrumentation, Network (preventative and predictive maintenance)
- Performs scheduled, emergency, and preventative maintenance work.
- Interprets technical specifications, drawings, schematics, and relevant manuals/references to identify required repairs and recommended maintenance activities
- Effectively engaged across various maintenance challenges that utilize multiple skills and resources; enlists the appropriate help when required.
- Cross-train to assemble and wire machines and controls to assist with production as needed
- Keeps working area, tools, and equipment clean and orderly.
- Adjust fluids and equipment parameters to follow customers' specifications.
- Telephone remote consults and on-site visits and training to customers and end-users
- Must be available to work a minimum 8-hour day, occasional evening shifts/callouts, and travel as required to the USA and Canada sites.
- Carries out additional projects and assignments as required.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
- An electrician or Mechanic Knowledge
- Water Treatment knowledge/experience is considered an asset
- Programming Logic experience, automation
- Proven field experience and technical skills
- Valid Class 5 Manitoba Driver’s License
- Basic knowledge of various software, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving
- Must be driven and dependable with a willingness/ initiative to learn
- Must bring a positive attitude and proactive approach to challenges and opportunities
- Must be able to accurately follow instructions, be a Self-Starter yet able to take direction
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
