(FOR STOCK AVAILABILITY, LEAD TIME, OR PRICING, PLEASE CALL +1 (800) 419-5707)

The OmniLyte HD-Series is a high-efficiency anolyte generator. Anolyte is produced through electrolysis and primarily contains hypochlorous acid as its active disinfectant agent.

Requiring just 4 watts of energy per liter of 1,000 ppm anolyte, this hypochlorous acid generator transforms a minimal salt brine solution and purified water into a powerful on-site cleaning and disinfecting solution.

The generators offer adjustable active chlorine levels ranging from 1,000 to 7,000 ppm. Engineered for low resource consumption, the HD-Series significantly reduces salt and energy usage while delivering superior sanitation. This makes it ideal for municipal water treatment, livestock operations, healthcare, and industrial applications where corrosion control and high sanitation levels are critical. The system’s on-demand production eliminates the need for chemical storage and transportation, lowering costs and improving safety compared to traditional chemical alternatives.

How ECA technology works

The ELA HD Anolyte Generators are high-efficiency hypochlorous acid generators, designed to produce powerful disinfectant solutions. Using a patented diaphragm electrolyzer, this system splits a saltwater solution into highly effective sanitizing agents, eliminating the need for external circulation circuits and reducing energy consumption.

Features of ECA technology

  • Electrolytic cell diagram illustrating anode, cathode, diaphragm, and connections for mains water and brine solution.

    Maximum Disinfection

An advanced electrolysis process converts chloride ions into hypochlorous acid (HOCl) and sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl). This highly effective solution neutralizes bacteria and viruses. The adjustable chlorine concentration ensures precise sanitation for different applications.

    Customizable pH Control

The system offers precise pH control (4.0 – 7.5), allowing users to fine-tune the solution for specific industry needs, such as food safety compliance, municipal water systems, or industrial sanitation.

Frequently Asked Questions

What active chlorine concentrations can the ELA-HD Series achieve?

The ELA-HD Series can produce anolyte with adjustable active chlorine concentrations ranging from 1,000 to 7,000 ppm, providing flexibility for various disinfection needs.

How does the ELA-HD Series ensure efficient production?

Designed with a single diaphragm round cell electrolyzer, the ELA-HD Series efficiently generates on-site cleaning and disinfecting solutions using approximately 0.3% salt brine, purified water, and 4 watts of energy to produce 1 liter of 1,000 ppm anolyte.

What industries benefit most from the ELA-HD Series?

Industries such as municipal water treatment, livestock management, healthcare, and various commercial sectors benefit from the ELA-HD Series due to its high sanitation standards and corrosion control capabilities.

What is hypochlorous acid, and why is it effective as a disinfectant?

Hypochlorous acid (HOCl) is a potent disinfectant produced in the anolyte solution during the ECA process. It is highly effective against a broad spectrum of pathogens, including bacteria, viruses, and fungi, due to its strong oxidative properties.

How does the ELA-HD Series differ from standard hypochlorous acid generators?

The ELA-HD Series utilizes a patented diaphragm electrolyzer method, allowing for precise control of active chlorine concentrations without the need for external circulation circuits or additional components.

What are the environmental benefits of using hypochlorous acid generated by the ELA-HD Series?

Hypochlorous acid is non-toxic, biodegradable, and does not produce harmful residues, making it an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional chemical disinfectants.
