OmniLyte ECA Generators for Livestock Operations
OmniLyte ECA Generators produce Electrolysed Water (EW) by running ordinary water containing sodium chloride (salt) through a proprietary electrochemical cell unit resulting in a powerful, chemical-free disinfectant and anti-microbial produced with water and salt alone.
Electrolysed Water has countless health and cost-saving benefits when utilized by livestock operations, including increased output/production paired with a decreased need for antibiotics. Our ECA Generator systems are installed on-site by our team of experienced professionals and require minimal maintenance. We believe that our livestock treatment products may be used to systemically treat all facets and phases of the dairy operations, from soil and water to animal feed to meat processing, by eliminating dangerous and unhealthy pathogens from the dairy environment with organic based and highly effective solutions. We can do this because our internal and third parties’ studies show no toxicity at the levels that we employ our technology. At the levels used, the fluids and products are environmentally safe and non-toxic. They do not contain or leave harmful residues associated with chemical-based supplements or disinfecting and cleaning agents.
Research and the practical experience of our clients have shown the Anolyte water solutions to be superior to traditional means of hygiene in its ability to:
-
Reduce diseases such as mastitis, diarrhea, hoof and skin infections, ruminal acidosis, etc.
-
Increase the animals’ absorption of nutrients and hydration status.
-
Improve feed utilization, more rapid weight gain.
-
Positively and dramatically impact milk production.
-
Significantly improve the quality of hay and other animal feed by elimination of harmful pathogens such as Salmonella, E.coli, different fungi, and toxins.

Omnilyte ECA Generators save you money resulting in increased profitability across your entire operation.
OmniLyte ECA Anolyte | Poultry Applications
Diseases and infections have always been a significant concern to the poultry industry - especially in the hatchery. ECA technology offers a comprehensive eco-friendly and cost-effective program that starts with the water treatment and continues through barns and into the field.
Benefits of ECA applications in Poultry Farming
-
The significant lower mortality rate
-
Significantly fewer medications
-
Improved chick vigour / livelier and more robust birds
-
Improved feed utilization, more rapid weight gain /fewer days on feed
-
Fewer problems with lung, digestive, and skin diseases
-
Calmer and less stressed birds
-
Complete disinfection of germs and pathogenic agents/highly effective in intensive conditions
-
It saves you money, thus yielding increased profits.

Increased production and profitability in Poultry Applications:
-
Significantly lower the mortality rate in chicks and younger birds.
-
Birds can grow faster and utilize feed more efficiently.
-
Potential to use significantly less medication. Less antibiotic medication in the feed, a greater opportunity to produce healthy birds earlier to market
-
Improved chick vigour/livelier, more robust birds. Chicks grow faster with fewer chronic diseases, improving overall productivity and bird performance.
-
Improved feed utilization, more rapid weight gain. Common performance indicators show a reduction in the number of days ‘on feed’ to achieve the same bird mass.
-
Resulting in fewer problems with lung, digestive, and skin diseases. It improves the overall bird’s health and performance.
-
Complete disinfection of germs and pathogenic agents, including avian influenza viruses.
-
A highly effective sanitation technique in intensive production conditions where pathogens are easiest transferred. Culling of birds becomes a thing of the past.
-
Improved bird mass with fewer days to reach ideal bird mass/earlier delivery days.
-
Limiting groundwater contamination. There is a much-reduced risk of contamination of groundwater/ water runoff, etc., through the use of naturally occurring materials.
-
Omnilyte ECA Generators save you money resulting in increased profitability across your entire operation.
OmniLyte ECA Anolyte | Swine Applications
The use of electrochemistry for infection control in the swine industry is not new having been practiced by government institutes responsible for pig farming and meat production in the former USSR Republic. With the development of ECA devices, only the same tried and true protocols can be introduced to North American pig farms.
Benefits of ECA applications in Pig Farming
-
Mortality rate reduction by 50-80%
-
Medicine cost reduction by 50-90%
-
Better feed conversion ratio
-
More effective in diseases control and cure
-
Complete hygiene protocol without chemicals
-
Better weight gain at all cycles of pig growing
-

Infection control studies of the living environment for pigs indicate that adequate sanitation between and during life cycles still holds the primary key to addressing the problems of recurring disease. Studies indicate that buildings can be prone to 'handing on' to disease due to various, sometimes unfathomable factors. Cleaning regimes and the design of buildings are the main factors that govern the incidence of serious re-occurrence of the disease. Biocides directives from the EU put pressure on growers to eliminate the 'dirty' technologies for sanitizing living environments.
The health and safety concerns of the pig industry workers are paramount. It can lead to increased downtime caused by following the essential mandatory safe practices. In an industry where a penny saved on a piglet has a significant impact on the bottom line, procedures and protocols for eliminating disease and increasing productivity are worthy of consideration.
Factors such as hygiene, quality, and price are pivotal to a highly competitive industry regulated by food standard bodies.
Pig producers are constantly looking for ways to improve performance. Factors that govern this goal are outlined below:
-
Improvement in food conversion ratio
-
Reduced factory downgrades
-
Healthy and more active pigs
-
Lower mortality rates
-
Creating a regime that allows for the elimination of routine antibiotic use. [In feeds] This can be used as a marketing plus.
-
Anolyte industries can take a holistic approach to infection control, from farrowing to fattening pigs.

Hygiene protocol for Complete Cycle
-
Pre and after farrowing udder disinfecting with Anolyte. The procedure should be continued for 5 - 7 days after farrowing.
-
Additional sow feed disinfecting with Anolyte 5 - 7 days before and 5 - 7 days after farrowing.
-
Piglets feed disinfection at a measured ratio after switching to dry or liquid feed.
-
Drinking water disinfecting with Anolyte at a measured ratio.
-
In diarrhea, a mixture of water and Anolyte should be given to a diseased animal.
Hygiene protocol for Farrowing Cycle
-
A fixed schedule of disinfection for pig barns by fogging Anolyte. A fixed ratio per m3 should be observed.
-
Disinfection of drinking water by Anolyte at a fixed ratio.
-
In case of acute diarrheas, a mixture at a certain ratio of Anolyte and water should be given to piglets. Fogging of Anolyte on a more frequent schedule is advised.
-
When doing castration Anolyte should be applied for fast recovery.
-
Uterus disinfecting with Anolyte is also advised.
Hygiene protocol for Weaner Cycle
-
A fixed schedule of pig farm disinfection by fogging Anolyte before new arrivals and during the cycle.
-
Drinking water disinfecting by adding Anolyte into the water at a certain ratio.
-
In acute diarrhea, use a mixture of Anolyte and water as advised for the Farrowing cycle.
Hygiene protocol for Grower/Finisher Cycle
-
Drinking water disinfecting by adding Anolyte into the water at a certain ratio.
-
Disinfecting of pig barns by fogging Anolyte at a certain ratio in the presence of animals and on a fixed schedule.
-
Special fogging procedures should be applied in case of cough, pneumonia, or any respiratory disease.
-
We advise disinfecting liquid and/or dry feed for all cycles by spraying/adding Anolyte at a certain ratio per ton.
